Nurturing Leaders for Tomorrow's World

¡Hola!

My name is Vanessa Bera.  This is my third year of teaching 1st grade at ISLA.  I came to ISLA after graduating from the University of Minnesota Duluth in 2007.  I student taught in a 6th grade class in St. Paul and was hired at the same school to support the 6th grade teachers and students following my graduation.  Teaching at ISLA has been a wonderful experience.  It feels great to be able to get to know all the kids, become familiar with their families and feel a part of another family of my very own with the ISLA staff.  It is truly the best working and learning environment I could ask for.  I look forward to another successful and challenging year!

¡Bienvenidos a primer grado!

Sincerely,

Vanessa Bera
