MELODY BROMBACHER

Specific Experience

Melody graduated magna cum laude from Concordia College in Moorhead, MN in 1997 with degrees in Spanish and International Relations.  Melody is currently a full-time mother to three beautiful children.  Prior to motherhood, she spent 5 years working at Rosemount Inc. as an International Customer Support Administrator and Senior Materials Planner.  In these positions, she provided support and service to international clients and business associates, lead cross-cultural business process teams, and created and presented training seminars.  Melody also worked at Robbinsdale Spanish Immersion School for one year assisting in the classroom and working with colleagues, parents and students on a daily basis.  In all of these positions, Melody was able to utilize her own Spanish language skills and foster intercultural awareness in others.

Broad Skills

Melody’s career with Rosemount Inc. gave her expertise in doing research, training new employees, organizing information and inventory analysis.  She developed leadership and problem solving skills by supervising, working directly with customers and guiding teams to complete projects.  Her role as a mother has enabled her to hone the skills of multi-tasking, time and home management.  Melody’s employment at an immersion school has given her first-hand knowledge of the day-to-day functions of a school.  She assisted in developing curriculum, successfully resolved scheduling conflicts and accurately collected and processed tuition.

Commitment/Member Role

Melody is married and has three young children.  She is committed to the task of opening a Spanish immersion school in the west-metro area.  Her commitment comes from a desire to provide the possible opportunity for her own children, as well as others, to learn in a culturally rich environment.  Melody is dedicated to being an active member of the Board of Directors.  She is excited to use her experience to ensure the successful development and growth of the International Spanish Language Academy.
