Employment Opportunities

At ISLA we put an emphasis on maintaining a positive school climate. We respect and appreciate the hard work it takes to teach young children in a second language. ISLA teachers receive staff development opportunities in the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Program, immersion education, as well as other relevant training as related to elementary education. New teachers are also paired with a mentor seasoned in immersion teaching. We strive to maintain an environment where every child knows every staff member and every staff member knows every child. You will find ISLA to be an ideal place to teach!
